7-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- All original tags, labels, accessories, and invoices must be included.
- The product must be in resalable condition.
Once your returned product passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed.
Free Returns
We provide FREE return pickup for eligible return requests. There are no return shipping charges for approved returns.
Replacement Policy
We offer free replacement in the following situations:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is missing items or accessories.
Please report such issues within 7 days of delivery.
To process your replacement request, we may ask you to provide:
- Clear photos of the product.
- Photos of the outer packaging.
- An unboxing video (recommended for faster verification).
After verification, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after collecting the required details.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered:
- Opened or used perfume bottles.
- Products with missing original packaging.
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
- Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable).
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, you may request a return after delivery according to this Return Policy.
