How do I know that my order has been confirmed?

Once your order is logged and payment authorization is received, the seller confirms the order and begins processing it. You will receive an email with your order details, order ID, item list and expected delivery time.

I don’t remember the warranty details of my product. Where can I find it?

You can check the brand website for warranty details. The product invoice can be used to claim services from any authorized service centre.

Why do I see different prices for the same products?

You may see different prices for the same product because it could be listed by many sellers.
